Summary
Our drone pilots were tasked by the Ku-ring-gai Council of Sydney to provide aerial cinematography for their annual Medieval Faire, held in St. Ives.
We packed our drone and film gear, and took a drive north to the St. Ives Showground where the event took place. The surrounding tall trees posed a positioning challenge for take-off and landing, but we managed to film some great establishing shots, and the entire jousting event on the far side of the showground.
Selected footage was ultimately used in the final aftermovie edit above.
